Let’s Live Greatly

We believe every person should have the tools necessary to build the life they want to live.

Our Approach

The Gambrell Foundation believes that we must all have the courage to try new things — to create a world where we all can live a great life. To do this, we cross-pollinate promising, well-researched ideas and take them from the pages of books to our communities. We have made substantial investments to transform Charlotte into a flourishing city where our neighbors have more than just enough to get by, and we continue to champion ideas that offer a strong sense of purpose, a daily dose of awe, and a belief that you are better off because of your community, not despite it.

Our Mission

We believe a great life grows from strong relationships, a sense of belonging, and moments of awe. These pillars guide everything we do, inspiring us to help individuals and communities thrive. Explore how we bring them to life.
