Embassy of the Free Mind
The Embassy of the Free Mind preserves human curiosity and free thought which are essential for a good life.
Housed in Amsterdam, the Embassy houses over 28,000 books and manuscripts that have been banned, burned or forbidden over the past five centuries. Today, as we face forces trying to shape the truth, it’s never been more important to have a place that connects the thinkers of the past with the seekers of today. The Embassy of Free Mind welcomes anyone, regardless of religion, culture or age to explore life’s biggest questions and to better understand the world and their place in it.
