Elizabeth Kiser

Elizabeth Kiser serves as Director and Chief of Executive Strategy for Belk Gambrell Enterprises. In this role, Elizabeth works with CEO Sally Gambrell Bridgford on aligning strategy across the family office and The Gambrell Foundation. Prior to joining BGE, Elizabeth served as Chief Philanthropy Officer for The Foundation for the Carolinas, the 5 th largest community foundation in the United States. Elizabeth spent nearly 20 years in higher education administration at Davidson College and Queens University of Charlotte, where she worked with Sally and Mrs. Sarah Belk Gambrell on a transformational gift for the university.

A graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind., Elizabeth has her bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in religious studies. She is married to Charlotte native, Jamie Kiser, and has two children: Mary Cate and Webb, and a yellow lab named Goose.

When not working, Elizabeth enjoys exercising with friends and trying a new NYT recipe every week. She is a former Ironman triathlete and the former president of the Charlotte Triathlon and Track Club. She also loves a book that makes her think or laugh, and enjoys watching animals on TV with her labrador retriever.
